C1C2 is located in a park-like factory area in NE Beijing. The building will be constructed on an existing foundation, of a factory that was never built. The site parameters left an massive envelop of 185 x 60 x 24 meter. 

This envelop is frayed by contextual relations. As such a comb-like building is proposed in which half open courtyards and bridge connections  create surplus value for users and context.
